Shipping policy

Within 15 days of purchase, if a customer has a change of mind the product can be returned only ZOZOGOLF providing:

• The product is completely unused and brand new 
• It is in original packaging 
• The owner pays the return freight to ZOZOGOLF Warehouse
• A return authority is obtained from info@zozo.golf 

As part of our strong commitment to our customers, ZOZOGOLF offers free delivery on warranty spare parts and comprehensive DIY videos. In certain circumstances, authority will be given to send the cart to our preferred service centre for repair, freight free. The cart must be sent in its original carton to be accepted.
